Our Response Procedure
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question on time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the party responsible for posting the content about the removal.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- Identification of the removed material and its former location on the Site
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the United States, a jurisdiction in which Healthy Clout may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
